If you look at some of the outdated, romantic movies on the cable channel and marvel at some of the activities and chivalrous actions exhibited by the man, you might think they seem very outdated. Modern dating rules, after all, pay little attention to the old times and more attention to the “want it now” style of living.

When you typically think of the word “romance,” you tend to think of some far off place and a special event, a crooner serenading you both, or even a boat ride down a canal in Venice. You don’t have to go so far to enjoy such pleasantries and it is perfectly possible to enjoy a romantic night at home, without the huge expense or organizational issues associated with some of these other ideas.

The dating environment is one huge battlefield and it is difficult not to get scarred if you venture in there. You can never fathom why it is so difficult to understand guys and even many conversations with your girlfriends will not be able to reveal the true answers. Men always seem to behave in frustrating ways, leaving you clueless.
